Sized in European, we found this bootie to fit nearly true to size in the length.  The width is typical for AS98, just a bit generous ~ this has to do with the depth and shape of the toe box  If you float between two sizes due to the width of your foot, you will likely prefer the smaller of the two sizes as this is a leather lined boot and the laces are fully adjustable.

This boot stands at a height of 8.5″ on the leg, making it almost a mid-cut boot.  There is no option to adjust the circumference of the shaft, however, you can leave the front zipper open a bit if you require a bit extra room in the leg.  At the height of 8.5″, the shaft adjusts from 12-15.5″ in circumference on the size 36 sample.  As always, the circumference will increase slightly with each foot size.

The washed metallic finish is beautiful but does require a wee bit of tender care.  This is not the boot you want to wear stomping around in the mud, or salt, as aggressive cleaners and cleaning will potentially harm the finish.  Be mindful of the weather, and don’t wear these beauties on sloppy days.
