The merino-wool lining of this warm, comfortable knee-high boot is backed by an Aquastop® breathable, water-repellent membrane, while the chunky lugged platform gives you superior traction in wet or snowy weather.

The fit?  I wear my normal EURO size for length and found both the length and width to have just a touch of wiggle room.  I think this has to do with the equestrian-inspired styling.  I absolutely could not wear a size smaller.  The width will be best suited for an average to slightly above average width foot.  I do need to note that the heel cup is a bit firm, so you may need to shimmy and wiggle the first time you put them on.

As for calf width, this size 36 sample measures 15″ in circumference at a height of 13.5″
