Sized in European, they fit true to size in the length. There is a stretch panel across the forefoot that allows for a custom fit in the width. If you float between two sizes for the width of your foot, you will likely wear the smaller of the two sizes. We would not recommend them for narrow feet or heels, as the heel cup does sit a bit higher. As well, they work for a wider foot as the base of the footbed is not wide enough.
