This style does not fit like any other Naot shoe we have ever had.  If you are devout to Naot, and love the idea of a sneaker, you will need to try them on in person as we do not have a size recommendation at this time.  I personally wore my regular EURO size for length, yet my co-worker, needed a EURO size smaller.  We need more folks to try on this shoe before we can offer a reccomendation.  Sorry:)
