Return Policy

For a return to be accepted, the item must be unworn (in brand-new condition) and in its original box.  As a small independent business, we cannot accept returns on items that are less than perfect as cannot retail them again.

  • Regular price items may be returned online for a full refund when customer service is contacted within 10 days of signing for your parcel.
  • Regular price items may be returned for exchange or store credit when customer service is contacted within 21 days of signing for your parcel.
  • Sale items may be returned for store credit when customer service is contacted within 21 days of signing for your parcel.
  • Clearance-priced items (merchandise reduced by 40% or more) are final sale, and cannot be returned.
  • Items returned to us that do not comply may be denied at the discretion of Sole Addiction.
  • Shipping fees included in your purchase are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed by Sole Addiction.
  • Any parcel returned to the sender will have a $30.00 fee applied for reimbursement. 

 

Price Adjustments

We offer price adjustments for regular-price items that have gone on sale within 7 days of the purchase date.  Requests for price adjustment must be received within 5 days of the sale start date and will be issued as a store credit. Please note that Free Shipping only applies to purchases over a certain amount, so if the price adjustment puts the transaction at less than that amount, the shipping fee will be applied to the transaction.

  • To request a price adjustment for an online purchase, please get in touch with us via email at onlinesales@mysoleaddiction.com, quoting your Transaction ID number.
  • For price adjustments on purchases made at our Grande Prairie home, please see sales associates in-store with your receipt + product purchased.
  • We are unable to offer price adjustments on sale-priced items and clearance-priced items.  This applies to purchases made at our Grande Prairie home, as well as purchases made online at mysoleaddiction.com
