The fit?  These sweetly styled sneakers are true to European size in length.  The instep is adjustable, and the toe box is broad and roomy. Poppy will fit anywhere from a slightly above-average to a wide foot.  If there is anything narrow, average, or flat about your foot, Poppy will not suit your foot regardless of what size you choose.
