The Vio-Flex footbed with Built-in orthotic VIO MOTION Technology ensures proper alignment, cushioning, and arch support to keep you moving, while the cushioned sole and midsole ensure added support.

The fit?  Available in US full and half sizes.  I wear the same size I take in my athletic shoes, and there is a comfortable amount of wiggle room at the toes.  I could wear a sock, or I could go barefoot.  I could not wear a size smaller, the arch placement would be wrong. The width is a wee bit generous but does adjust because of them laces.
