Sized in European, AVIVA fits true to Euro size for length.  The toe box has quite a bit of depth, and the heel cup is a touch wider than average.  If  there is anything narrow about your foot, you likely will struggle to find the proper fit regardless of what size you choose.  The width is best suited for a slightly above average foot, and the laces are fully adjustable allowing for a custom fit in both the ankle and instep.
