Most folks wear their regular EURO size for length; however, due to the shape of the platform & midsole, the toe does curve up just a touch.  So we have found that those who float between two sizes for the length of their foot (for example, one foot is longer than the other or has a sneaky longer toe) tend to choose the larger of their two sizes.  As for width and instep, they are all completely adjustable, so slightly narrow to wide… as long as you are willing to adjust those straps.  However, the base of the footbed will not accommodate an extra wide width.
